What warranties can I expect?
In partnership with our manufacturers, we are able to offer a lifetime shingle warranty, as well as our own in-house 15-year labor warranty.
Do you offer free inspections?
We offer free inspections for homeowners. Due to the nature of the inspection, we do charge a $275 roof inspection fee for real estate agents.
Do you offer financing?

When should I file an insurance claim?
After a storm, if you suspect roof damage, we highly recommend reaching out to a professional contractor for an inspection. Our team will give you a full storm damage report, and then it’s up to you to follow-up with your insurance company to file a claim.
Does insurance cover storm damage?
Typically, your homeowner’s insurance policy will cover storm damage, but it’s best to review your policy. Additionally, most policies do require you to pay an out-of-pocket deductible
How quickly can you get to my property for an inspection?
Once you connect with our team, we are usually able to accommodate an inspection within 48 hours or less. We also want to make sure the time is convenient for your schedule.

How do I maintain my gutter system?
Check your gutters once or twice a year (especially before the rainy season) to make sure they are clear of debris, particularly the downspouts. If you notice any cracks or damage along your gutter system, call a professional to inspect it to see if it requires repair or replacement.

What roofing materials do you work with?
Our team is capable of handling a wide range of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, TPO, and EPDM.
What manufacturers do you install?
For asphalt shingle roofing, we work with Certainteed, GAF, and Owens Corning products. Our gutter products are from Spectra.
Do you do emergency repairs?
If your roof is leaking or there’s a storm, we offer 24/7 emergency services for roof repairs, tarping, and mitigation. We want to make sure you are safe until a permanent repair or replacement can take place.
Are your cleaning services full of chemicals?
They are not! Our soft wash technology relies on a combination of water and soap that’s safe for humans, pets, and plants.
When should I consider cleaning services?
If your roof isn’t super old, but shows signs of algae or dirt build-up, roof cleaning may be a worthwhile service to maintain the quality of your roof.
Should I get gutter guards?
We recommend gutter guards to protect your gutter system from falling debris and leaf build-up. This is especially important if you have trees overhanging your home or building.
